SESSIONS and services

Wellness Coaching is a short-term, highly interactive and collaborative approach towards creating and sustaining your long term Wellness Vision. Although clients may choose to work with a Wellness Coach for only a few sessions, research in behavioral science shows that it typically takes 3-6 months to form new habits and lifestyle changes. To maximize results, clients typically commit to working with a Coach for 3-6 months, during which time weekly goals and action steps are developed to help you reach and sustain your long term Wellness Plan. Areas of focus often include:

  • Health and Fitness

  • Nutrition

  • Stress Management

  • Work/Life Balance

  • Mindfulness and Spiritual Practices

Sessions are designed to help you achieve tangible, long-lasting behavioral change, based on your personal values, motivators, strengths and resources. Sessions can be conducted in person, via video chat, or on the phone.


Talk therapy can be both short or long term, depending on the focus of treatment. Like coaching, mental health goals are developed in the first few sessions in order to support the overall focus and direction of treatment. Areas of focus often include;

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress Management

  • Work/Life Balance

  • Relationship Issues

  • Parenting

  • Divorce


Can I use my insurance?

I do not bill insurance, but am happy to provide a superbill for your reimbursement to your insurance company. Doing so requires a Clinical Diagnosis, which I am happy to discuss with you. Many insurance providers will reimburse a portion of out of network provider fees.
